How do I open a real account?

Opening a Real account in Maxco is quick and simple. Click on’Open Real Account’ and complete your application process. You will receive your live trading account information via email after your on-line application is approved. Setting up your trading account password can be done at’Account Setting’page.

1. Photo ID
  • Already have ID Card / Driving license / Passport
  • Must be clear and all four corners are visible
  • Name, signature, expiry date, and date of birth, photographs must be clearly visible

* Maxco does not accept account applications from any persons under the age of 21 years old and officers or employees of CoFTRA (Bappebti), Futures Exchange, Clearing House; treasurers of any Boards that serve the public; Have track records: wanted, in DTTOT list, police, soldier, lawyer, notary and declared bankrupt.

2. Selfie holding own Identity Card
  • Attach the latest (2 weeks) and clear selfie results, ID card must be clearly visible (4 corners must be clearly visible).
3. Proof of Address
  • Must be within the last 3 months
  • Must show the same name and address match your account application

Yes. Maxco allows you to open multiple trading accounts. Additional trading account can be opened at Maxco Client Area. You are not required to submit your personal information again.

Maxco is responsible for the confidentiality of all our client data, we are a licensed broker regulated by BAPPEBTI.

  • To add an expert advisor (EA), first you need to open the MT4 Client Terminal, click on File on the top navigation menu, and click Open Data Folder in the drop-down menu.
  • In the open Data Folder click on MQL4 and Experts. The Experts folder is where you can add the expert advisors (EAs).Paste the .mq4 or .ex4 EA file into the Experts folder.
  • Once you are ready with this, restart the MT4 platform by close it and then reopen it.

How do I make a deposit?

Maxco offers both Indonesian Rupiah and US Dollar currency types. Funds can be deposited any time of the day, five days a week (deposit in weekend will be processed on the next working day). Please visit our deposit page for further information.

The time taken for a deposit to be updated in a trading account depends on the deposit method used and Account Setting. When your payment reaches our customers‘ segregated account, it will appear in your trading account within a few minutes. We recommend inner-bank transfer as this is faster than inter bank transfers. However, for US Dollar deposits, you should allow additional 2-3 business days.

You can check you MT4 account balance once your deposit has been processed successfully.
